The Peaks Program is Inter-Mtn.'s approach to corporate responsibility, formalizing longstanding practices that have been part of who we are for decades.

The program brings together four areas of focus: the Next Generation, Industry, Community and Environment.

Guided by our values of Fun, Family, Fairness and Responsibility, the four Peaks help tell the story of who Inter-Mtn. is, how we choose to operate and what we believe our responsibilities are as a member of North America's outdoor recreation industry.

For four decades, we've supported the people and industry that support us, invested in the next generation, cared for our team and communities, shared our knowledge and worked to use our resources responsibly.

The Peaks Program simply gives those commitments a name and a place to share them.

Next Generation

Supporting who comes next. The future of outdoor recreation depends on the people who come next. We support kids and families enjoying the outdoors, young athletes with promise and passion, students pursuing education, people entering the ski industry, and our own team as they learn and grow.

As a second-generation family business, we understand the importance of creating opportunities for the next generation to participate, build careers and carry our industry forward.

Industry

When our industry is stronger, we are all stronger. We don't simply sell products to the ski and outdoor recreation industry. We are part of it.

For nearly four decades, Inter-Mtn. has grown alongside an industry built on relationships, shared knowledge and a willingness to help one another. Whether we're sharing our expertise, supporting small ski areas, contributing to safety initiatives, or simply rolling up our sleeves alongside others in the industry, we do our best to be there.

Community

People taking care of people. Our community starts with the team at Inter-Mtn. and their families, extends to our neighbours, and reaches across North America through the outdoor recreation industry.

Guided by Fun, Family, Fairness and Responsibility, we support great careers while making room for the families, interests and communities that matter to our people. That same sense of family shapes how we give back through longstanding causes, stepping up when asked, and providing paid volunteer time so our team can support what matters to them.

Environment

Doing the right thing with the resources we use. As a manufacturer and a company of outdoor enthusiasts, we recognize that our choices have an impact.

Our approach is practical: make durable products, control waste where we can, use resources responsibly, measure what we're doing and continually improve. We believe environmental responsibility and sound business decisions often go hand in hand. We aren't perfect, and we don't pretend to be. We believe in understanding our impact, being transparent about it and continuing to do better.

Our Mission

Inter-Mtn. Enterprises Inc. supports the advancement and enjoyment of outdoor recreation by providing industry partners with quality signs and specialty products that heighten safety, enhance accessibility, and encourage generational growth alongside experience of sport.

The Peaks Program helps put that mission into action beyond the products we manufacture and supply.

More Than What We Make

The relationships behind Inter-Mtn. have always been one of the most important parts of our business.

For decades, many of those relationships were built face-to-face, over the phone, at ski areas, around association tables and at industry events. As Inter-Mtn. grows and more people first meet us online, we believe it is important that you can understand not only what we make, but who we are. The Peaks Program is our way of sharing that.

It isn't about recognition for doing good things. It is about being transparent about what matters to us, continuing practices that have been part of Inter-Mtn. for decades, and holding ourselves accountable to keep doing the right thing.

Within the Industry Peak, industry partners may request Industry Support for Small Areas in the form of a donation of a risk management package worth up to $500.
